Website DesignUX StrategyVisual Direction
The existing experience asked that visitor to process too much too quickly. Practice-area information, attorney content, firm history, and calls to action competed before the visitor had answered three basic questions: Can this firm help with my situation? Can I trust them? What should I do next?
The first 60 seconds became the organizing principle for the redesign. A warmer visual direction, clearer content hierarchy, and more visible consultation pathways helped the firm communicate credibility while making the first step toward legal help feel more manageable.
