Warner Norcross + Judd already had career development resources, but employees encountered them as separate pieces: a presentation here, a planning document there, and virtual sessions somewhere else. The program existed, but it did not have one recognizable front door.
The design challenge was to make those different activities feel like one continuous employee experience. I built the identity around a circular mark that represents growth as something ongoing rather than a straight climb.
That idea became a flexible system for presentations, planning tools, virtual environments, and employee communications. Each touchpoint could serve a different purpose while still feeling connected to the same larger journey.
