Improving Sales Enablement Through UX & Web Design

Role: UX and Web Design Lead

Dauphin, a commercial furniture company, relied heavily on its product detail pages to support sales reps during client meetings, but the existing layout made it difficult to quickly surface essential information. I heard directly from reps that they were struggling to get the specs they needed during crucial sales pitches, often losing momentum while navigating cluttered pages.

To solve this, I redesigned the product experience to prioritize usability without sacrificing visual impact. Key details like dimensions, finishes, and model lines were moved above the fold, variant displays were simplified, and the layout was refined to help reps stay focused, efficient, and confident in front of clients.
